When it comes to my clients, I am completely nurturing, non-judgmental, and honest.  I tell it like it is and support you in your personal journey. I believe my approach is unique. In addition to my experiences, I teach Psychology at a local college. This keeps me up to date with the latest research and advances in the field.  Additionally, it gives me an inside view into the minds of young adults and those in transition.  I’ve learned so much from my students and this, in turn, greatly benefits my clients.

Very few therapists will admit this, but I feel this is one of the many things that sets me apart from the others I’ve been where you are.  Maybe not exactly, but I’ve had my own psychological struggles.  With a lot of hard work in my own therapy, I’ve managed to overcome issues that even my own therapist found very challenging. I didn’t just get my education from a book (although my education was superior and I continue to keep abreast in my field).  My personal experiential knowledge and success enable me to share not just what is taught in schools, but what I’ve learned from the “school of pain”.  I am proof that this “stuff” works!
